Select No Of Pages To Be Printed. You Can Give 3 or 4.Select Pages Scanned. Means How Many Documents You Uploaded.

Fill The Captcha Code.

Check The Online Application Again and Click On Submit.

Now You Will Have To Pay Rs 30 Application Fees.

Select Payment Method And Pay.

After Payment Download Acknowledgement Receipt.You Will Get An Application Number On Your Acknowledgement Receipt, With This Number You Can Check The Status Of Your Permission Of Delayed Birth Registration.After You Get The Permission Letter For Delayed Birth Registration, Download The Letter And Make A Copy Of Printout. Go To Your Nearest Government Hospital And Submit Printout Copy To The Birth Certificate Registration Authority.They Will Tell You When You Can Get Your Birth Certificate.
